Bulifier Data Management & Deletion

This page outlines how you can manage and delete your personal data collected through the Bulifier AI application.

How to Delete Your Bulifier Account

If you've decided to delete your Bulifier account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Bulifier app - Open the Bulifier app on your device and make sure you are logged in with the account you wish to delete.
  2. Access the Settings - Tap on the settings icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select Delete Account - Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm Deletion - A confirmation popup will appear, asking if you're sure. Tap Delete to permanently delete your account.

Note: Once deleted, all your data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. All user information provided during registration will be deleted. It may take up to a week for all the queries cached on the backend to be deleted as well. Anonymous data submitted via analytics and crash reports will not be deleted, as it is not associated with the user and cannot be tracked.

How to Clear Backend Cached Data

If you would like to clear the cached data from the backend without deleting your entire account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Bulifier app - Open the Bulifier app on your device and make sure you are logged in.
  2. Access the Settings - Tap on the settings icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select Clear Backend Cache - Scroll down and tap on Clear Backend Cache.
  4. Confirm Cache Clearing - A confirmation popup will appear, asking if you're sure. Tap Clear to remove the cached data from the backend.

Data Deletion Timeline

When you request deletion of your account or clearing of your backend cache:

  • Your user account information is deleted immediately from our active databases.
  • Backend cached data may take up to 7 days to be completely removed from all systems.
  • Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before complete deletion.

Limitations on Data Deletion

Please be aware of the following limitations:

  • Anonymous analytics and crash reports cannot be deleted as they are not linked to your user account.
  • Certain information may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
  • Data that you have shared with other users may remain visible to them.
