Purchases Policy

Overview
Bulifier Tokens are the common currency for Bulifier AI (Android) and BuliMaps (web) and any future Bulifier services. A single wallet lets you spend tokens interchangeably across platforms.
Buying Tokens
- Token Pack: 1,000,000 Bulifier Tokens for $5 USD. Additional packs may be added or repriced at any time without prior notice.
- Purchases are processed through Google Play (on Android) or Razorpay (on the web). All transactions are settled in United States Dollars. Your bank or card provider may add currency-conversion or cross-border fees, which are outside our control.
- Where required by law, any applicable taxes (for example VAT or GST) will be displayed and collected at checkout. You are responsible for all other local taxes, duties, or withholding.
Token Management
- Viewing Balance: Current balance is displayed in Bulifier AI under Settings > Tokens and on BuliMaps in the header.
- Cross-Platform: Tokens are tied to your Bulifier account and sync between Android and web.
- Non-Expiring: Tokens do not currently expire.
- Account Deletion:
- You may delete your account at any time from within Bulifier AI.
- Deleting an account permanently erases remaining tokens; they cannot be restored.
How Token Costs Are Calculated
For AI calls, Bulifier converts provider tokens (the units each model bills in) into Bulifier Tokens using the ratios below. You always see the final Bulifier cost only after a request completes, because we do not know in advance how many provider tokens will be consumed. Conversion ratios, model availability, and fees may change at any time.

BuliMaps Flat Fee: Generating a 3D map currently costs 100,000 Bulifier Tokens, but this fee may change in the future.
Refund Policy
All token purchases are final. By purchasing you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to withdraw or obtain a refund, including under EU consumer law, once delivery has begun.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is reversed or disputed, Bulifier may deduct the disputed amount of tokens from your account or suspend access until the dispute is resolved. Any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor may be passed on to you.
Fraud Prevention and Security
Bulifier monitors for abusive or fraudulent behavior. We may suspend or terminate accounts, without compensation for remaining tokens, if misuse is detected.
Terms of Use for AI and Map Services
- Tokens must not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Misuse of Bulifier services may lead to suspension or termination.
Policy Updates
We may update this Purchases Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of Bulifier services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
