Introduction

Welcome to Bulifier, an Android application designed to enhance software development by leveraging AI technology. Bulifier is a product of Gazman Dev LLC. We offer two versions of Bulifier:

  • Public Version: An open-source version available to all users.
  • Production Version: Based on the open-source version with additional features, available on the Google Play Store.

This policy outlines the terms of use, subscription model, AI pricing, and data sharing practices for the Production Version of Bulifier. By using the app, you agree to comply with this policy.

Subscription Policy

To provide advanced features and maintain the app’s operations, Bulifier integrates with a Firebase backend that acts as a proxy for AI services. To ensure fair usage and cover operational costs, we have established a subscription model based on usage quotas measured in dollars.

Fair Pricing

We aim to offer a fair and balanced price, especially with our Annual subscription package. In the annual package, we cover essential operational costs such as Google Play Store fees, Firebase Server fees, tax fees, and even development costs. This approach ensures you receive maximum value from your subscription. The usage quota provided to you is based solely on AI costs, maximizing the value you get from the service.

Our monthly and weekly packages are priced slightly higher in a hope to break even and ensure our ability to offer stable services while supporting continuous development and improvements.

Subscription Options

  • Annual Subscription:
    • Price: $89.99
    • Monthly Quota Calculation: Your monthly quota is calculated by dividing the annual price by 12.

Prices for other subscription periods are available in the Google Play Store.

Usage Quotas

  • Monthly Quota: Applicable to annual and monthly subscribers. Your usage is limited to the monthly quota based on your subscription plan.
  • Weekly Quota: Applicable to weekly subscribers. Your usage is limited to the weekly quota based on your subscription plan.

Quota Example

For an $89.99 annual subscription:

  • Monthly quota = $89.99 ÷ 12 ≈ $7.50 in AI processing per month
  • This translates to approximately:
    • 3,000,000 input tokens OR
    • 750,000 output tokens per month

Quota Management

When approaching quota limits, users will receive a notification. If the quota is exceeded, users can:

  • Wait for the next renewal period
  • Upgrade to a higher-tier subscription (if applicable)
  • Purchase additional quota credits

AI Service Pricing

Bulifier utilizes AI services to provide its features. This section outlines the current AI providers and their pricing.

  • OpenAI GPT-4o Model
    • $2.50 per 1 million input tokens
    • $10.00 per 1 million output tokens

We continuously evaluate AI service providers to ensure the best performance and cost-effectiveness for our users. Any changes in AI service providers or pricing will be reflected in this section.

Service Availability

  • While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to AI services.
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
  • No refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent quota limitations
  • Share or resell their subscription access
  • Use the service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

Subscription Management and Billing

Subscription Management

  • Users can manage, cancel, or change their subscription through the Google Play Store.
  • To manage your subscription, visit the Google Play Store’s Subscription section or use the link provided in the app.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Policy Updates and Price Adjustments

This policy may change occasionally. If the AI service pricing changes, we will update this policy to reflect the new costs. However, the policy price stated here is the one used for the calculation of your quota usage until the policy is updated.

Subscription Price Changes

  • No Refunds on Price Changes: If the price of subscriptions changes, there will be no refunds for already purchased subscriptions. Your existing subscription will remain active for its duration, even if the price increases.
  • Quota Updates on Renewal: If there is a change to the annual subscription price, your quota might be updated on your next subscription cycle to reflect the new price.

AI Service Price Changes

  • Effect on Quota: If there is a change in AI service pricing, the new AI service price will be used against the remaining quota after we update our policy to reflect it.
  • Additional Tokens: Usually, AI prices decrease over time. In such cases, you will simply have more tokens to use within your quota.
  • Quota Calculation: AI service price changes do not impact your subscription quota directly; the quota is calculated solely from the annual subscription price.

Data Sharing and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. This section explains how we handle your data when you use Bulifier.

Caching of Queries and Responses

  • Data Cached: When you make queries to the backend, both your request and the AI’s response are cached for up to one week.
  • Purpose: The caching is designed to improve connectivity performance on mobile devices by reducing repeated API calls and minimizing the need for prolonged backend connections.
  • Data Usage: The cached data is not used for training purposes or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
  • Data Deletion: You have the option to delete all cached data via the app at any time.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

  • Data Collected: We collect analytics and crash reports through Firebase to understand app performance and enhance user experience.
  • Data Excluded: We do not capture any code, queries, or specific content you input into the app.
  • Usage: Collected data is used solely for improving the app’s functionality and reliability.
