Bulifier is a product of Gazman Dev LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your information is used when you interact with our app. This privacy policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we ensure your data is protected.
Information We Collect
User Queries and Responses
Bulifier collects and stores your queries and the corresponding responses on our Firebase backend to prevent data loss during connectivity issues. This data is stored temporarily and is automatically deleted after one week. You have the ability to delete this data manually at any time through the app’s settings.
Local Storage of Other Data
All other user-generated content—including code files, bullet point files, and Git repository information—remains stored locally on your device and is under your control. Bulifier does not collect, upload, or store this content to any cloud or remote servers.
Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services to improve the app experience:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to gather anonymous data about app usage. This helps us improve the app’s performance and user experience. Data collected may include:
- Device information (such as operating system, device model)
- User behavior within the app (e.g., pages accessed, time spent)
- General location data (e.g., city or country)
- Firebase Crashlytics: We use Crashlytics to track app crashes and performance issues. The data collected is solely for diagnosing and fixing technical issues within the app. This data may include:
- Device information during a crash
- Error logs and diagnostic data
- App version details
Git Integration
Bulifier supports Git integration. All Git operations are performed locally on your device, powered by our forked and open-sourced version of jgit, which has been made compatible with Android. Users must provide the backend details, including the repository URL, to enable this feature. Please note:
- Bulifier does not collect, upload, or share any information from the Git repositories you configure.
- The Git directory is stored locally on your device’s internal storage and is not exposed to other apps or third parties.
- For security purposes, Git credentials are securely stored using the Android Keystore system.
How We Use Your Information
The information collected through your queries and responses is used solely to prevent data loss during connectivity issues. This data is stored temporarily and is automatically deleted after one week. You can also delete this data manually at any time.
The data collected by Google Analytics and Crashlytics is used solely for app performance monitoring and bug fixing. We do not share, sell, or use this data for advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
Bulifier does not share personal data with third parties except for the purposes outlined above, such as:
- Storing your queries and responses on Firebase to prevent data loss. The data is hosted on Firebase but is not shared with any other third parties.
- Analytics and crash reporting through Google and Firebase services. The information shared with these services is anonymized and strictly used for app improvement.
User Rights
As a user of Bulifier, you have full control over your code, bullet point files, Git repositories, and queries and responses. For the data stored on the Firebase backend, you can delete it manually at any time through the app’s settings. You can also adjust your device’s privacy settings to limit data collection or use options available in your device’s settings to manage app permissions.
Data Security
We are committed to safeguarding your data and use industry-standard practices to ensure it is protected from unauthorized access. This includes secure storage of your Git credentials using the Android Keystore system and secure handling of your queries and responses on the Firebase backend. Please note that while we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain the anonymized data collected through Google Analytics and Crashlytics only for as long as necessary to improve the app and resolve technical issues.
The queries and responses stored on the Firebase backend are retained for a maximum of one week and are automatically deleted thereafter. You can also delete this data manually at any time.
No personal code, files, or Git repository information is uploaded, stored, or retained by us.
Children’s Privacy
Bulifier is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we become aware that we have collected data from children, we will take steps to delete such information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The effective date will be updated to reflect the latest version.
