Bulifier Purchase Policy

Overview

Bulifier relies on tokens to perform AI-powered operations. Each AI call consumes a specific number of tokens, with costs directly tied to the actual usage of the underlying AI model. At present, Bulifier uses the OpenAI GPT-4o model, and token costs are calculated based on its pricing.

Token Management

Viewing Balance: Users can view their remaining token balance in the app’s settings.
Cross-Device Support: Tokens are tied to the user account and can be used across devices. Currently, Bulifier is supported exclusively on Android.
Non-Expiring Tokens: Tokens do not expire at this time.
Account Deletion:
- Users can permanently delete their account via the app’s settings.
- Token balances are deleted along with the account and cannot be restored. Bulifier does not maintain backups for deleted accounts.

Token Costs

Pricing Based on Usage:
- Token consumption is directly tied to the actual usage of the OpenAI GPT-4o model or any future models.
- The token cost reflects the resources used by the AI:
  - Input Tokens: 1 token per input token used.
  - Output Tokens: 4 tokens per output token used.
Transparency:
- The cost of each AI call is determined after the call is executed, based on the actual token usage reported by the model.
- Users are charged exactly for the tokens consumed by the AI model during their specific query.

Refund Policy

All token purchases are final, and no refunds are offered.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, especially if tokens have already been used. This is due to the operational costs incurred for Firebase and OpenAI services.

Fraud Prevention and Security

Bulifier reserves the right to monitor for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
In cases of detected misuse or abuse, the account may be suspended or terminated without compensation for remaining tokens.

Terms of Use for AI Services

Tokens must not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Any misuse of Bulifier’s AI services may result in account suspension or termination.
